A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Rebecca graduated with honors with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from Maryville College in 2005. Rebecca has always been a leader, from being the drum major in the marching band in 9th grade, to being the captain of the equestrian team her last two years of college. Seeking a life of service, Rebecca worked after college at a program for teenage girls with drug and alcohol addiction.

Rebecca's early success was earned as a stockbroker and financial advisor for seven years as Vice President with the Hester Wealth Management Group of Hilliard Lyons and then Morgan Keegan/Regions Bank. Rebecca networked extensively with BNI and eWomenNetwork during this time. Although financially rewarding, Rebecca felt a calling to do something different and left her corporate career in 2012 to move to Portland, Oregon. She founded her business Rebecca Speaking and accepted the position of Managing Director of the Portland Chapter of eWomenNetwork in 2012. Rebecca moved back to Knoxville in 2014, and served as their Executive Managing Director until January 2017, helping entrepreneurs and business owners connect and grow.  Rebecca has been a guest speaker for many organizations, and has led over 150 seminars, workshops, and luncheon events in her role of helping women business owners.

Rebecca has settled with her husband, Jason, 3 children, and 4 dogs in Knoxville, TN and successfully co-parents as a blended family. Rebecca enjoys writing, drawing, playing the piano, and quality time with her family. Rebecca and Jason love going to live music shows, biking, and traveling/going on adventures together.

Life is a celebration; enjoy yourselves!
